the purchase was made on 30th october the company went into administration on 2nd november there was nothing in the news about comet going bust until 22.00 on 1st november there was rumours that they would but the new owners of comet denied it check your facts

it was purchased in store and to be delivered and fitted 3 days later they dont do cash on delivery anymore it was in stock and the date set for delivery. 3 days later none was in stock this is why

there is none in stock there was when i purchased it after 2nd november all stock disappeared all i require is a refund because they didnt honour the delivery agreement but because it was purchased 3 days before they went bust its not down to administrators to refund i know it makes no sense to me

I purchased a cooker from comet on 30th October £369 which included fitting I rang up when they went into admin and was told I was not getting my cooker and to write in for a refund this I did once to comet and no reply second time to the administrators had a letter back today saying Ime not getting my money back and to ring customer care for further advice this I did and all I got back is sorry they can't help me surely this is not legal any ideas or do I have to spend more money on solicitors:(
