Has anyone used a decent dog walking service in the Eckington/Halfway/Mosborough area? I'm looking for one a few times a week. Thanks.

I live about 5 mins walk from The Mossbrook and we go there fairly regularly for drinks and/or food. We have never had a bad meal yet after nearly 3 years. In my experience if you're not happy with something then the staff are more than happy to change it or take it off your bill. It's a shame that your meal did not live up to your expectation as it's one of the only pubs left round Eckington that has managed to stay open and it's generally very busy most days especially at the weekend so it can't be doing much wrong!! Long live The Mossbrook!!!!!

I have regularly been in Eckington cemetery over the last 2 years and I have NEVER seen dogs fouling on graves... Equally I haven't seen what the Parish Council stated was the main issue for banning them; excessive dog mess in the top section of the cemetery. I have only ever seen people pick up their dog's mess - respect is shown. Maybe a few people, yet again, have spoilt it for the majority.

How do people feel about the recent decision by Eckington Parish Council to ban dogs from the cemetery in Eckington from 1/8/12? I think it's unnecessary and an overreaction! My dog and I love it in there. They say it's due to excessive dog fouling but as a regular user of the cemetery, I'd say they're wrong
