hi there, my blackberry wont turn on properly and just dsplays 'error 523'. i've looked into ths and it seems to be a fairly common problem that can be sorted out, but ts all a bit techy for me. does anyone know of a good shop i can take phone to who wll be able to fix this as i'd prefer to pay someone who knows how to do it? many thanks, take care, dave.

hi, im hoping someone can advise me! earlier today the key snapped in the ignition of my sprinter van leaving half of it stuck inside. it was my only key so i need to somehow get a new one made, but am unsure what to do. if i could get the broken bit of key out could a new one be cut if i took both halves of the key to a key cutting place, or should i maybe get a locksmith to have a look? any advice appreciated, and if anyone knows someone i can call to fix this please let me know. thanks, dave.

there's a new 'club' attercliffe way which is just a warehouse really. they are using temp entertainment licences to put on commercial events, but the building is not sound insulated at all. they had an all night event on sat night and the bass can be heard in pitsmoor. maybe the noise from this place is what some folk are hearing?

hi, motherboard is lakeport 945GCTHM, bios is american megatrends. i did try to update bios but couldn't because machine had vista installed when i bought it but i installed xp, so machine doesn't now meet minimum ststem requirements for update. i did disconnect blu ray writer but didn't stop beeps. thanks, dave.

yes, temp seems fine, cant figure it out, beeps not coming any more frequently, but dont want to use pc in case something is about to fail. think i may have to concede defeat and get the shop to look at it. thanks to thread posters for your help, take care, dave.

hi, thanks for comments, i've cleared cmos, and dont think pc is overheating as its not powered itself off and i haven't noticed the fans running any harder than usual, is there a way to check this? thanks, dave.

Hi, I've started hearimg occasional beeps from my motherboard and need advice to identify and fix the problem. Any help wll be appreciated. I first noticed the beeps after my pc came back from having a blu ray wrIter fitted and assumed the journey from the shop had loosened a connector, but after checking the beeps are still there, there doesn't seem to be a pattern to them but i guess a beep every 15 mins or so on average, I've also heard a couple of double beeps. I've identified the motherboard model but have been unable to find the beep codes for it. I've uninstalled all the hardware installed since buying the pc, have run microsoft memory doagnostic tool, have tried removing one memory stick at a time before starting pc, and have cleaned all dust from fans and chip, but the beeps remain.
