Went yesterday (27/06/11). They are closing at the end of july. New Asda opening in early august. I hear that Asda at the Manor is quite a lot more expensive. Sad, we really like Netto. If we wanted to shop at Asda we would. But we don't, so it's Aldi, Lidl and if we have to, Morrisons.

Has anyone got any details of the 'Incident' as the police are calling it at Basegreen. No one is allowed to enter Welwyn Road and Elstree Road which are both are blocked off. Someone said there are armed Police present

By all means have a compulsory vote, but have a box marked none of the above to put your X into. These people need to know that we don't all agree with their ideas. They then may even ask us what we actually want.
