From my past experience with racehorses it's no surprise to me that she weaves and is a bit temperamental! To keep things moving I'd think it would be good to come visit her and talk more about the terms of loaning. I am at college so in terms of days I can come I can do weekends and afternoons/evenings of weekdays, how many days a week?

£50 seems very reasonable! What was the previous deal with the riding and exercising of her? Also, how big is she, temperament etc

Hi, I'm looking for a horse to share/loan as I don't really want to pay for expensive lessons as I feel I'm not really getting anything from them anymore. I'm 17 years old and just completed my NVQ Level 1 at Northern Racing college so am used to handling difficult thoroughbreds (just came out of hospital from being kicked in the face haha!). I'm willing to contribute to yard work and costs in return for rides and hopefully a chance to compete in the long term! I'm in the s8 area of Sheffield but willing to travel, any direct reply or point in the right direction would be helpful, thankyou!

I'm looking for somewhere to have horse riding lessons in Sheffield. I'm 17 and have just finished my NVQ in Racehorse care at the Northern Racing College however now I'm back in Sheffield and looking for somewhere to ride. I would prefer a competitive centre where I will have the opportunity to jump and possibly, in the long term, compete.
