27/03/2011. My OH worked in a pub as a DJ. They did a pub quiz that consisted of 10 questions. When the 10th question was being called out his friend came and asked me to stand with him on the dance floor. My OH suddenly appeared and said ' I have an eleventh question, there is only 1 right answer to this question, does any one have any idea what it is?' His daughter and a close friend both raised their hand and began giggling. Over the mic it was a simple 'would you marry me'. It was extremely public, but so romantic. Can't wait to marry him on 06/05/2012.

I own GHDs myslef, and amazingly, it only lasts a total of 3-4 hours (my hair is crazily thick). I agree, a shampoo and set may be the best way to go about it, hair needs a trim anyway, so will make an appointment to have them done at same time. I have my hair straightened daily, which is another reason I want a curly style for the big day.

Hello I am getting married on May 6th this year, and I am currently panicing about what to do with my hair. Due to the style of my dress I want my hair loosely curled, however due to my hair being shoulder length and extremely thick, it doesn't last very long. A few of my friends have suggested having my hair set (curlers) as it lasts longer than using curling wands. Is there any other advice anyone could give me, or tell me if the setting option is a good idea please. Thank you.

Have about 5 left. Family and friends have seen it, luckily got a few orders in from some regulars at the pub i work at. I didn't get anything from the 2 books i got back. Hopefully manage to get a few more pub regulars to get something.

Yes I did, most of them admitted to throwing them away, the others denied all knowledge of recieving them.

Hello there I have just recently became an Avon Rep, and have started C14. I handed out 3/4 of my brochures to my territory and shockingly enough i only got 2 back. Is there anyone who has any C14 books they no longer need that i would be able to buy off you? It would be a great help. Thanks.

Beginning to think the same, ended up applying for a job recently at Excelsior, to find out it was another door to door sales company, I really wouldn't mind a call centre job, but door to door sales has never interested me .....

Think I will try charity work, just really want to get back into work, and I am really not looking for OTE based work, had a bad experience with Zee Solutions so I am not prepared to get messed around like that again.

Hi there I have recently finished my NVQ in Business Admin and I am now actively seeking work. Applied for a large number of jobs and Agencies yet I dont seem to be getting anywhere, with the few that have actually contacted me personally to inform me that I have been unsuccessfull, its always the same story, 'Not enough experience', yet I have had 2 full years worth of on hand experience and my years worth of college training. Is there anything I can do, when I need more experience yet no one is willing to give me the chance to prove myself?
