Hi,
Does anyone commute from Sheffield to Rotherham . Howe feasible is it , how long does it take - what's the traffic like?
I would specifically be traveling fro the North of Sheffield to Rotherham hospital at approx 8am

We are having a new bathroom - new suite, tiles, lighting, changes to plumbing arrangements. Can anybody recommend someone who is reliable and reasonably priced.
Thanks
Please PM me with any suggestions, location is north sheffield.
We have recently sold through Winkworths (Hillsborough) and found them to be pretty good.
The one thing I would say is don't go anywhere near Saxton Mee..........
I live in Oughtibridge like Playpen and work in Leeds (the University).
I leave early (about 6.30), meet 2 others up at Grenoside and arrive around 7.20. It's basically 45 minutes at that time of day with 5 extra minutes for meeting/loading up.
We usually leave around 5-5.15pm and typically it is an hour, but fairly regularly (especially at this time of year) a bit longer. You get the occasional nightmare journey.
I could move to Leeds and still spend 45 minutes or more in the car....so why bother......
I would definitely say Oughtibridge is worth a good look....a short drive up the road and you are on the edge of the Peak District with stunning views. Good transport links and services available as well.
I'd add Oughtibridge to the previous list - I work in Leeds and it's less than 15 minutes to junction 36 (going north) or junction 35 (going south). Really nice place as well.
