Hi, I advertised in the forum for a little extension and a builder contacted me and work was given to him around feb time,he did a runner in between the job as he was asking more than the written quote that he provided me and I refused to pay him,but he left a lot of rubbish and his tools in my back garden,I have asked him to pick up his tools a few times,don't know what to do as my garden is a mess and my kids can't even go out to play.I really don't know what to do in this situation and where to go to seek help. Pls advice. Thanks
