Power plate in Sheffield

Hi,

Has anyone heard of any power plate studios in sheffield - such as this one? - powertonestudios.com

They mainly seem to be based in London.

I'm interested because I have used them in gyms and find them really effective. Plus it saves time on a full workout.

How much are these? I know there are a few around Hunters Bar area. But which is cheapest?

Lifestyle at Millhouses Sheffield have a "fitvibe" Which is very similar to a powerplate and works wonders! If its for toning up and building muscle tone this is the one for you. Ive used it myself for my arms and abs and aslong as you used it 2-3 times a week it works almost immediatley! I think its about 40 quid for a month of unlimited use.
