jmparra   10 #1 Posted May 2, 2007 Hello, I will be coming to work in Sheffield starting October 1st or 15th. I am concerned that if I come looking for a flat in September, it could be hard to find one since the university students could have taken most of them already. Do you think that is the case, or would there be still plenty left? I am looking for a two bedroom flat near city centre, price range 500-700 pcm. What would you advise? Phylis   10 #2 Posted May 3, 2007 There will be plenty to choose from in your price range. You will be able to be a bit picky. The students wont be able to afford flats in that price bracket.
 Share this content via...
jimmy   10 #3 Posted May 3, 2007 There are loads of empty flats. You won't have a problem especially then as a lot more student accommodation is coming online.
 Share this content via...
