garryn Posted March 29, 2007 Share Posted March 29, 2007 Anyone help me I believe Chinese martial arts have a competition where the ‘ring’ isn’t roped off, but is a raised platform, I think an earth platform. Depending on the competition you can use punches, kicks, elbows, knees and throws there is not any competitions in Sheffield for it but we train people up for the British Council Chinese Martial Arts competitions.
