I dont know who painted it in the first place but it's gotta be one of the best pieces Iv'e seen and its been there for years all of a sudden the other day I see its been painted over. Gutted. MILTON LANE/STREET..... but me old mate thomas says it's been painted over. probably had permission to do it as it was massive. if he didnt he's got bottle.
