A Major blow for Manchester

Recommended Posts

The planned expansion of the Metrolink has been scrapped. £200M already spent on it and homes, schools and offices demolished to make way for new routes. Apparently they have now decided that its 'too expensive'.

So much for New Labour pledging to improve public transport.
