Looking for baking schools/bakers to learn from

Hi,

 

I'm trying to develop my interest in baking, particularly breads, patisserie and general cakes. I've applied for many jobs but most require a form of experience I just don't have at this time. I'd be interested to know if there are any bakers courses or even people that work from home within Sheffield who could help me develop my experience?

 

I know this may seem a bizarre request but it was just to get a feeler for what is out there or if the help is even there.

There are plenty of courses at Sheffield College but you’re probably too late to enroll for this year now.
