Little white flies

Hi All,

 

I have got little white flies on my Rhododendron, they are tiny things and there doesnt seem to be any damage made to my plant but i fear this may change!!

 

Does anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them?

 

I seem to be surrounded by pests recently!!

Soapy water and a good squirter does the trick with both white and greenfly
