Event Horizo Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 After the Hawker Hunter crash there seems to be some demand for tougher rules. Personally i think its a knee jerk reaction. The Shoreham flight path should be changed and that should be the end of it. Instead they want vintage planes just to do flybys. My dad flew vampires, hunters and Meteors and i love watching them doing the loops etc at airshows. There have been 2 previous crashed at shoreham. 1 was a glider and other a hurricane in 2007. Hardly a huge crash record. We might aswell ban the M1 motorway or road use in general. There are almost 1800 people killed every year on our roads!!!!
