JohnM
Hi Andy i havent done any karate for a few years - so maybe a good way to get back into it - what style of karate do you do?
AndyToms
Thank you for your interest. I teach sh*to (*=i) ryu karate. This is traditional Okinawan style combing the best bits of both Shuri and Naha systems. It would be easier to explain more about the system I teach if you were to come down and train. I have a beginner starting with me on Wednesday so it would be a good opportunity to go over some basic karate to help you get back in to it. I hope this helps.
