Bilbo Baggin   10 #13 Posted October 9, 2013 my dog has been the victium of a dog attack twice, both times the other dog was off the lead in a public park. This last time I had my 18 month old daughter with me, Reported it to the police but because it was 'only an attack' on my dog there wasn't a lot they could do.
