Maybe off topic,, probs with rc helicopter

Hi all, I hope no one minds me posting this here, I feel its important to let people know.

 

Oh I love shops that have good customer care (or rather hate those that don't) I have a model rc helicopter purchased from Nitro Flight models in Rotherham I reported it as problomatic and dangerous when I first had problems they convinced me it was my fault, the battery in the model is only held in by a small peice of valcrow in my perticular model the valcrow doesn't work which means the model is unflyable because the weight balance is off badly, I have asked for my money back which they have refused, because its been crashed, the only reason its been crashed is because of the battery which I reported as soon as it happened, I'm just warning everyone about this before they use this company.
