harestone
Yesterday. ... It may not be quite dry yet, you should leave it with the keyboard facing down and somewhere warm to see if it will dry further, this may kick it back into life or not, if not then a new keyboard will be needed. *Peaches*
If its a new keyboard can anyone advise someone that could replace it?
harestone
There's MozaLaN who posts on here, i believe his workshop is in the old BT building on Maltravers rd S2. I no longer work on laptops, too fiddly and no-one wants to pay the going rate.
osrit
Yeah can be expensive with the fiddly nature and such. Ive repaired a few before, but it can take time, depending on make and model, and how tricky they are. (like i said above, can be dear just for say, the keyboard, and then charges for doing it).
