It may not be quite dry yet, you should leave it with the keyboard facing down and somewhere warm to see if it will dry further, this may kick it back into life or not, if not then a new keyboard will be needed.

Yeah can be expensive with the fiddly nature and such. Ive repaired a few before, but it can take time, depending on make and model, and how tricky they are.

 

(like i said above, can be dear just for say, the keyboard, and then charges for doing it).
