Replace Stop Cock

If there is an outside stop tap as well as the one inside then the job would be approx £40 all depending on the access to the tap

There are various options on the type of stop tap that can be fitted. Plastic that has a push stop like an electrical light fitting. A remote one that can be put in an easily accessible position or the cheapest option a brass one which is the one I have given you an estimate on

Go for the sure stop button or remote one they are fantastic water off a the switch of a button would need to see a job like this first to quote as there are to many if but whats and maybe's
