Water leaks from toilet extractor

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have problem of water leaking from the roof to the bathroom through extractor fan when raining. Can anyone recommend somebody for quote/repair? How much will this cost roughly? Any recommendation will be much appreciated.

I assume from your description its vented through a weather slate in the roof?

Could be a slate/tile that has become lose, could be an old weather slate and the lead has split or a more recent one with a rubber collar that has split.

I doubt anyone could give much indication on cost without seeing what the problem is (unless you want worst case scenario).

I'd offer to take a look but im pulled out with work at the moment.

Try Mally350z. I've worked with him a few times and hes a decent guy.

Thanks for your reply. It was vented through to a pipe with a cover (don't know what it is called) to the roof. We have the rubber collar repaired before. Possibly this has worn out with weather or the cover which prevent rains from flowing through the pipe is not good enough? When is your first available appointment for quote if I can wait for you to come to have a look please?

Do you have contact for Mally350z please?

Thanks very much.
