spider1 11 #2 Posted June 11, 2012 (edited) Take it microwave out and take it back to shop were you bouhght it and ask them to send it back to Neff to fit a new door switch . Or ask shop for neff service number and one of their service engineers will call and sort it seems a better idea . You switch is broken anyway and will need replacing . OR buy a different cheaper microwave same size from a super store and replace they are not that expensive Is power on to to the microwave and if not a fuse will have blown trace the cord from the micro wave to the 3 point plug or fused spur and replace fuse.
