Advice needed about a burglar alarm

hi,just wanting to know how much is it roughly for a burglar alarm system fitting or if they can easily be fitted if i just bought one myself and which is best,wireless or wired.thanks.

I have (and fit wireless systems). Never had any problems. Wireless involves no internal disruption to plasterwork, flooring or decoration.
