RosyRat   10 #13 Posted February 26, 2012 I've done the cabbage soup diet on 3 or 4 occasions. I've only ever got as far as the 6th day, but I did lose up to 8lbs each time. If you do decide to try it, please be aware that cabbage soup is a misnomer. It's onion soup with cabbage tomatoes, peppers etc added. A word of warning.
