mc55 Posted January 29, 2012 Share Posted January 29, 2012 you need to get in touch with the council ... quite a few sites are experiencing good turnover at the moment (Meersbrook waiting list is only around 6 months now) and as it's tenancy renewal time a few people will be giving up ... especially as rent for next year is also due next month. Good time to enquire.
