Correctly adjusting VW polo 2001 clutch cable?

i beleive the cable is self ajusting

 

its definately a manual adjust one not automatic as i have seen the auto adjust type and they look different think i have got it right but have heard that if its adjusted wrong it can ruin your release bearing
