Sallylizzie   10 #3 Posted May 7, 2011 Hi...  It was more a question of if a class was regularly (every week) being taught around 2- 2 and half days a week by a HLTA, is that acceptable?
 Share this content via...
cal3549 Â Â 10 #4 Posted May 7, 2011 HLTAs are perfectly capable of covering classes/ planning lessons - although it's more likely they're delivering a teacher's planning. Is it a temporary situation? Some parents may prefer their child be taught by a HLTA in a teachers absence, rather than a supply teacher who doesn't know the kids or the school.
