Any bicycle maker in Shef?

Hi, I'm wandering if anyone here knows someone who builds custom bicycles?

Am looking to buy a decent one now, so far the best I've seen is at Edinbugh Bicycle Co. but a Shef made one would be more appreciated and supportive to a local business.

You could try Butterworths on leppings lane just down from netto i first went when i was a kid some 40 years ago probably his son who runs it now but it's a local family run concern

try je james at bramall lane but if you want a frame building to your specific measurements wilsons on city rd probably better

JE James if you want a bike with a mix of parts, but if you want a really bespoke one, just over the Pennines in Macclesfield there are guys who build them out of titanium. I nearly bought one myself, very very nice bikes.

 

I forget what they are called, but they also stock them at JE James.

my son bought a very nice bike from Wilsons, he makes them to measure. Its too nice though, he wont ride it in case it gets scratched!

I remember now though, Sabbath are the makers in macclesfield, google them, very nice bikes!
