Office space to rent in S10/S11/S7

Ideally i would be looking for somewhere around 500 sq/ft with a couple of parking spaces. If anyone has any space to rent or knows of any low cost spaces i'd really apparciate to hear from you.

I fear low cost and S10 / 11 don't go together.

 

However in Sheffield 10 there are spaces at the Redlands Business Centre on Tapton House Road, just off Manchester Road, Broomhill, or at Riverdale House on Graham Road, Fulwood.

 

Both have car parking which is unusal for most S10 locations.

 

I do not know the cost however.
