HellBoy   10 #1 Posted January 25, 2005 Anybody know what happened at the bottom end of Ecclesall Road tonight around 5.30pm.  It happened at the end house just after Reg Vardy, plenty of Police cars, Ambulances, the pavement was corndend off with Police tape and there appeard to be someone laid on the pavement covered over.  The scene has only just been cleared, but there are markings on the pavement where the person was laid. They said she was taken to the Northern General Hospital, but I'm afraid I can't remember whether they said she had died or not... Unregistered   10 #4 Posted January 26, 2005 A 32-year-old woman is in hospital with serious head injuries after she was involved in a collision with a marked police car in Sheffield.  The accident happened on Ecclesall Road on Tuesday evening when the woman was crossing the carriageway.  She was taken to the city's Northern General Hospital where her condition is described as "stable".  A police spokeswoman said the woman was in collision with the side of the car and the windscreen.
