farmer   10 #3 Posted December 15, 2004 Contact Parkhead C.C. They run 2 league sides on Saturdays and are the only club in Sheffield to run 2 "friendly" teams on Sundays. Their ground is one of the most picturesque in the Sheffield city boundary.  Contact them through their web-site which can be found on any search engine using "Parkhead cricket". Banana_Bender   10 #5 Posted December 29, 2004 If you want to play a good standard of saturday league cricket try any of the teams in the South Yorkshire Cricket League Premier Division or any of the top 5 Teams in Division One...  Sheffield Collegiate CC Norton Oakes CC Hallam CC Shiregreen CC Sheffield Utd CC (Dunno how good their 2s are?)  They are probably your best bet for playing good standard of cricket in Sheffield but if you're willing to go a little way of out Sheffield then There are loads of others in the top 2 Divisions to choose from...  South Yorkshire Cricket League  I have a few contacts so if you need any help then let me know
 Share this content via...
