Garath, I am so sorry that my car broke down on my way to Concord n unfortunately my passengers have been dragged out of tonight's play with me. so frustrated. Yes I have some information back but the douc seems to suggest there are 2 landlords... And the landlord signed the Head Lease has gone bust... which leaves a bit problem regarding how they are fulfulling their duties as landlord etc.

Are there any owners of North Bank apartments wondering around this site that could give me a little help please? I am up to buy a flat in this development but find it difficult to find who the landlord is and how the management, i.e the maintenence of the property is being done and by whom. This obviously relates to who I should pay my rent to and who I should pay the service fee to and I haven't got a clue. As far as I understand, there are 2 landlords and one of them (Artisan Riverside Limited) have gone bust. The management company is called ARIM. Any other party involved I should know of at the front? Please shade me some light as I am really confused right now. Many thanks Jay
