hi there, i am a member of the yfoc (yorkishire ford owners club) pop on and register its all free, the lowering springs should fit straight on the only problem you may have is the rear if the swing arm doesnt seperate, i had that problem on my focus the rear swing arm wouldnt undo so had to have them professionaly done. http://www.yfoc.co.uk
