blame the parents for what... letting their children speak. -
my child has just returned from school. This afternoon during dinner time the year 7 children had to sit with their heads on the table in the dining room and be silent all because they were being to "NOISY". What do the teachers at this school expect when the children can't go out and play because it was raining. Surely this is their time to let off steam and mix with their friends. Having spoken to my older year 10 child no teachers are present during their dinner time, but would these old

Hopefully this should turn into a megathread as i see it as a serious issue that needs sorting out and as a megathread should get more people involved and aware of this situation. -

This is an open forum and the forumers should be able to discuss all differrent issues about meadowhall and its staff. i did not state in my original post that i wanted to know how to deal with the situation but that i wanted to see differnt peoples views on what they are like and i think that this open discussion is going well. -

yes this also happens around my area also as if there are a few young youths causing no trouble outside my local shops they are moved and givin grief by the shop owners but if there are loads of older youths outside the shop causing anti-social behavior, drinking e.c.t the shop owners never say a word to them and never ring up the police to sort it out and their behavuor just gets worse and worse as weeks go by but still nothing is done about it the shop owners also sell booze to these youths causing them to behave more badly. -

Yeah maybe it would be a good idea for the manager of meadowhall to look through these posts and do something about this situation. -

So we are all agreed that some guards DO pick out youths who are behaving. And that the guards at meadowhall are on ego power trips i agree with this. But does everyone else ?? -

this is one of my famous quotes as i used to live on the manor/ arbourthorne but moved to a more respectable area in sheffield and i always say that you can take boy out of the arbour but you carnt take the arbour out of the boy -
Was just wondering if anyone in sheffield uses "with out" rather than "unless" in a sentance.... such as....."i will go to skegness....with out you want to go to cleethorpes instead ?".....Anyone else do this or is it just me ??
