thanks for that, unfortunately for me the connectors have been checked, and all are sound, the problem I have started with an intermittent fault, with the cars computer detecting a fault when the front passenger seat was occupied, however the fault has become constant now, and with new MOT legislation effective from April this year, any illuminated dashboard warning light is a MOT failure,

does any forum member know of an Airbag Technician with knowledge of Mercedes Benz that could repair my car, Dash computer show restraint system fault and SRS light is illuminated. I have been told it could be the occupancy sensor within the passenger seat, but this is unconfirmed.
