I am currently looking for a practice room for my band. We are looking for a room that is insured that we can rent out weekly and that we can leave our stuff there and which have our own key to. If anybody can help or suggest somewhere please let me know Thanks.

Has anyone any idea about what the old warehouse behind tesco- millhouses is? I went in with a friend the other day and on a board pinned to the wall, it said something about 'Jacobs Material...' thats all there was to be read. If anyone has any idea or something about it, please could you let me know. Tom
