thanks for the updates everyone :-) I was under the impression that David Wilson Homes had already purchased the site ?! If that info was true then I cant understand how they would be able to back out of the deal ?? It will be a shame if nothing gets built though since without development, the college buildings will undoubtedly start to look derelict :-(

Does anyone know the latest news regarding the planned development of the old Psalter Lane college site ? Some months ago, I did hear that there were to be 90+ houses built on the site, but in light of the recent downturn in the housing market, I am somehow doubtful that these will begin to be built..... Anyone have any news ?

I need to get to Dronfield tonight and will be leaving Sheffield at about 7ish Thing is.....I have found out that the bus I need is the 285 but cannot for the life of me find out what time it leaves Sheffield ??? The bus time table that is published online suggests that this bus only runs once a day and leaves town before 7pm..... anyone know if this correct or have any other advice on buses and times for this journey ? Thanks
