As one of the few lucky enough to get a car park pass, I thought it might be useful if I quoted part of the letter which came with the ticket from the Peak District National Park Authority. "Without the pass you will not be able to drive into the valley. Access on foot and bicycle is of course open to all but I should also point out that the Police will be strictly enforcing parking and traffic movements outside the valley."
