On their website this morning, when you clicked to buy tickets for Friday, the tickets in your 'basket' were for Thursday. I only noticed after I got my confirmation e-mail. A friend bought 12 tickets presuming they were for Friday too, and now has a bunch of irate friends.
Luckily, I managed to call them about 10 minutes after I bought them online by calling the Disabled helpline...cheeky I know, but I was very pis*ed off. They changed my tickets to the Friday (even though it was sold out by then, apparantly) and said they'd look into it.
When I checked about half an hour later, the error was still there. And by this time, the front page of the website stated that "Thursday now sold out, Friday tickets still available, book now!!!" but the click through still gave you the wrong day. As if the Thursday date would sell out before the Friday, are they stupid?!?!
They've fuc*ed up big style here. In that amount of time, hundreds, maybe thousands of tickets will have been bought online that aren't going to be right. And then what? In my mates case, his and 11 friends have booked time off work to make a day of it, and now they're screwed.
Double check your tickets people...or I'll be the only bugger there on Friday!
