Speaking of those arrows, we used to call "flights" does anyone know how to make them, as after reading this thread, I tried to make one from memory with the green cane 2ft long, split the end so a darts flight would fit. Sharpened the other end, then I remembered cutting two notches about 150mm from the point, wrapping a boot lace around the notch and trying to throw it, but it just hit the deck. What went wrong any ideas guys?
