They plan to extend the South Stand by 5,400 seats to increase the capacity to 38,000. Other plans to develop the Kop Stand has been approved alongside to build 52 studio homes on John Street, but more than 10,000 square metre of space will be created for events plus a new 261 space car park. The decision is due in Mid-April.
