Can anyone confirm whether Graves Park pitch and putt is still open, and that clubs can be hired?

Going out tonight and I'm looking for a quite but very modern bar in the city center preferably near west street. Needs good music but not so loud that it makes conversation next to impossible and a seating area. I'm thinking somewhere like common room but if possible cheaper although this isn't a priority.
