Hi, could anyone shed any light on the green deal, or any subsidies a tenant can get to refresh a boiler in a rented property. For the record, I'm the landlord, and the tenant is a good friend. The property has a combi boiler, but a fairly old one (Halstead Ace High) and I'm looking to replace it with a condenser, but the tenant tells me she is constantly offered deals to get a new boiler 'for free' on the green deal as she is a single parent and in receipt of family credits. Would that be a sensible way to go? What's the score? Where would I find out? Thanks in advance.

Or how about if there was no camera, but the wooly-hatted man was just looking at the child (from 5m away of course).
