  1. Hi I am looking for any information about John Kenworthy Beardshall. He lived in Hemingfield, Tingle bridge. He is a Iron Turner. Born about 1822 in the Worsbro Shire, but to who???? He died 1879 in Wentworth. he married twice. First in 1843 to a Elizabeth Hinchcliffe. They have children, Pizarro,Lucy and Arthur John,Pizarro William Then in 1856 Elizabeth dies. Then in 1858 he marries Sarah Hobson a widow, of John Hobson. She has 2 girls Mary and Ann. With John kenworthy Beardshall she has a son Samuel and he dies as a Porter on the Railways at 21 years of age. So I have all this information, but wonder the connections with the Kenworthy's, and who John Kenworthy's parents are? Later John Kenworthy takes on the surname BECKETT too, why? As my Great Grandfather called himself Arthur John Kenworthy Beckett, but he was born a Beardshall??? So if anyway can help me with any information of these families, I would appreciate it. Also the wives, one being a Hinchcliffe, who is she relate dtoo? Also Sarah Hobson, she was a Fallding living in Wentowrth with her carpenter father John Fallding, so is there any more info about her. Thank you. My email is [email protected]

  3. Hi yes we are cousins. My dad was Peter. he died 6 years ago in Geraldton. I have a email address and would love to hear from you. [email protected] If I can help with anything I would be happy too. I did have a Ancestry.com account and have a Family Tree I started on there. Have heaps of blanks in things though. I started to look at the Hutchinsons a bit, and I think the family went back to Adelaide? all with the gold rush? Anyway, hope you see Clare as I did hear she had done a lot of research. Love from me your cousin...Linda We met a long time ago in Kalgoolie, it was the year the earthquake struck, think you were just married to apoliceman...ball???? (I was 16 then).

He married a Eliza nee Clark and she was born in Hillro Cambridgeshire.(thats all I know about her) They ended up living in 95 Neepsend Street Brightside Bierlow, Sheffield in 1901 Census, and 1911 were in Birley Street.(thats all I know about Great grandfather) Grandad was born when they were in Neepsend Street, 1898, Pizarro William Beckett. He went to WW1 in 1916 with the 9th Yorks and Lancs regiment, No 38996. Fought in the battle of the Messines. Was gassed and ended up in the Labour Corp, till the end, I think as a Guard in Calais.
