I'm trying to find somewhere to take a friend out, so I was just wondering if anyone knew good tea rooms/houses in the vicinity of Sheffield city centre? Or equally any cafes that serve a decent range of tea (preferably loose leaf...proper stuff!). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What kind of things do you think would get a large crowd in? Currently there are 3 music nights, a pool knockout and a general knowledge quiz, but other suggestions would be welcome. The only way of getting people down to the White Bear is by having events that get the crowds in, but the only way of justifying events, and having them working well is if there is enough interest in the first place. Its a bit of a catch 22.
