We have a Clearview. It's been fantastic and reduced our oil bill considerably. It throws out masses of heat and if you stuff it with logs at about 11pm its still glowing at 7 or 8 next morning and easy to get going again.

My friend had it done at Meadowhall two years ago and followed their instructions to the letter. She has never looked back .... so to speak!

Thanks everyone. It all sounds really hopeful. Stevebarn - may well get in touch. Just having a quick check about stripping it as others have suggested, but knowing our club it may be just too difficult to get anyone to take it on. Will report back!

Hi I notice there was a discussion in 2009 regarding a similar problem. We have two caravans, one about 12ft and the other about 8ft. We have used them as storage and for taking entries for our club events. They have been on the field for about 3 or 4 years and I don't think they will tow without a bit of tlc. They're located in the Hope Valley. Grateful for any ideas.
