susa41981 Posted September 9, 2016 Share Posted September 9, 2016 Hi I have a HP ultrabook that has developed the blue screen of death. I'm unable to turn it on in safe mode. When I select the safe mode option, it looks as though it's attempting to do it but then just returns to the blue screen. Firstly is this fixable?
