Trying to locate somebody - Can you help

I don't know if anyone can help me but I'm trying to locate somebody for a resident who lives where I work. Its a member of his family he is trying to contact & he hasn't seen or heard from them in over 20 years.

 

His Name is Andrew Peter Smith & he is known to have last lived on Horninglow Road at Firth Park but also lived at Vickers road in Paige Hall. If anyone does know him I wonder if you could get him to contact me via the forum (if he wants to be contacted that is!)
