Wath Folk Festival, Pitman Poets meeting at Concertina Club weekly, a number of other cultural activities that the area is well know for. The best curry house in South Yorkshire, excellent pub restaurants.Beautiful well looked after churches. Mexborough and surrounding towns and villages is fine.
